No-show/24 Hour Cancellation Policy
- we require 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a fee
- A $25 cancellation fee will be placed on your account and must be paid prior to booking your next groom.
- After 2 late cancellations, the full price of the groom must be paid prior to booking your next groom.
- We understand that things happen, exceptions will be made for true emergencies . We appreciate your understanding of the heavy impact late cancellations have on our business and appreciate your continued support.
Fix-up Policy
- We understand that communicating the groom you are expecting can be tough, and miscommunications between client and groomer are always a possibility. with this, we are proud to say that we offer a 72 hour fix-up policy. if you are unhappy with the groom, please let us know within 72 hours of your appointment and we will do our best to make it right. We take pride in our work and hope to have you feel this as well.
Disrespectful behavior and language
- We have zero tolerance for rude or disrespectful behavior from clients, we work very hard and deserve to be treated with respect. This behavior will result in a permanent dismissal from our business.
